Electrical Project Estimator/Sales Manager

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is looking to hire a qualified and energetic Electrical Project Estimator/Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the pre-construction phase and have successful experience estimating and landing multiple commercial electrical projects. The Project Estimator/Sales Manager is expected to work independently and ensure the project needs are met with accurate and detailed estimates.

Requirements:

• Expierience in successfully estimating commercial electrical projects, ranging up to $150K-$5M in value
• Experience with project sales and landing new customers within the commerical electrical industry
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes
• Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask and estimate multiple jobs at once
• Driver's License

Preferred:

• Degree in Construction Management
• 5+ years Project Estimating experience
• 5+ years Project Sales experience
• Proficient in Accounting software and Procore
• Commercial electrical trade experience

Compensation:

• $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Pacific, WA 98047 - Must reside in the area and be willing to commute.
