Senior Internal Auditor

Winnebago Industries is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is hybrid. The Senior Internal Auditor role is newly created role to advance the internal audit function and enable agility to respond to emerging risks and priorities. This role will provide support to the organization through independent assurance and advisory services designed to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management and control processes of Winnebago Industries and subsidiaries.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Assist with all aspects of the company's Sarbanes Oxley program, including scoping, identifying and testing key controls, and overseeing the remediation of control deficiencies
• Manage the administration of the SOX Management tool
• Execute the risk-based audit plan for Winnebago Industries, at times working with the internal audit outsourced provider
• Participate in the strategic risk assessment process, which influences the company's risk-based approach to auditing and risk management
• Support the facilitation of the Enterprise Risk Management Program
• Provide insights that strengthen business performance and controls while partnering closely with business and risk management leaders and external auditors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding business processes, risks, and controls
• Assist with building data analytics capabilities
• Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years' experience with Internal Audit and/or public accounting
• CPA and/or CIA/CISA strongly preferred
• Experience with data analytics tools and methods a plus
• This position will require some travel to other Winnebago locations
