In the role of Manufacturing Application Integrator, you'll play a pivotal part in being the liaison between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring end-to-end integration within the Safran Harness Management (SHM) suite and the existing information systems. This position contributes to our vision by:
- Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot, and resolve system malfunctions.
- Report and escalate bugs, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.
- Support Business Units during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases.
- Maintain SHM solution setup, including both functional and technical settings.
- Collaborate with business teams to define functional requirements and integration tests.
- Identify and define required interfaces with other systems.
- Define and manage activity plans in alignment with project macro planning.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to the eWInS Deployment Coordinator.
- Escalate project deviations and propose mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to project quality rules and methodologies.
- Perform risk analysis and define mitigation strategies for validation by the eWInS Deployment Coordinator.

Candidate skills & requirements

At Safran Electrical & Power, we seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment.

Education and/or Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Prefers at least 3 years of experience in Information Systems (IS) projects, particularly with PLM/PDM software. Experience in aeronautics or production support is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT systems such as Citrix/Windows Server, Windows 10, SQL databases, and data formats like XML/CSV/XLS.

Knowledge/Skills
- In-depth understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Experience with SHM (Safran Harness Management) solutions and PDM/PLM software, ideally in the aeronautics or manufacturing industry.
- Solid technical skills in IT systems, including Citrix/Windows Server, SQL databases, and working knowledge of data formats (XML, CSV, XLS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in supporting large-scale software deployments.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
