Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the East Valley. This role is crucial for expanding our reach to help more seniors and providing an opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to grow and take more responsibility over time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong sales background. Knowledge of the home care industry and a successful field selling history is greatly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with post acute rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities, hospice providers, senior focused organizations, and community organizations to optimize referral sources.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue in the East Valley.
- Educate potential clients and their families about our services and the benefits of senior home care.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Attend networking events and represent the company at community functions.
Qualifications:
- A proven sales experience, preferably in home care or related healthcare fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with home care services is a plus.
