We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing & Analytics to bolster an already strong e-commerce team!
Focusing specifically on our e-conolight e-commerce channel, the successful candidate will steer all omni-channel marketing efforts based on critical analytics. Data is the lifeblood of any e-commerce business and providing data-rich solutions to business challenges is a top priority. Your role will manage all data analysis working with multiple stakeholders to direct all marketing activities that drive revenue and overall profitability growth. Your omni-channel marketing oversight will include a print catalog, digital marketing campaigns and all customer-facing marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Oversee all omni-channel marketing activities including print and digital marketing initiatives
- Monitor success of campaigns to optimize overall investment to insure target ROI objectives
- Manage marketing vendor relationships to maximize overall marketing effectiveness by setting goals and constantly reviewing progress
- Lead internal marketing team roles including marketing communications, web design, print design, photography, etc.
Analytics:
- Act as process owner of insights and data reporting used to initiate and facilitate key business decisions.
- Own the end-to-end development, design, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
- Educate and support internal stakeholders in adopting business intelligence tools for self-service
- Partner with leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to understand and define their analytics needs
- Partner with cross functional teams to conduct and facilitate quantitative analyses to support Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain departments with strategic decisions.
- Work with teams to improve KPIs through data insights and reporting that needs to be presented for internal and external stakeholders
- Dive into large problems or data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations
- Analyze web site analytics and raw data to formulate and present actionable insights and recommendations to help drive best in class experience and performance.
- Provide input to the team or senior leadership on additional analyses and key next steps
- Develop and implement testing initiatives. Analyze their performance against core KPIs that align with the broader business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- MBA strongly preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in direct marketing required
- Strong knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with web analytics and reporting systems (Google Analytics)
- Understanding of major testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate) and tools
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Displays effective research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, project management, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience with data mining, analysis, and providing insights
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools preferred (Power BI)
