Responsibilities:

• 10 or more years of relevant work experience.
  Experience in Release Management, IT Test Process Management, Test Governance
  Knowledge of sales, pricing models, marketing.
  Experience in telecom customer service, CRM operations.
  Knowledge of test data management and test environment management.
  Knowledge on Project Management (tools and methods).
  Experience in leading teams using waterfall and agile models.
  Experience managing large enterprise onshore/offshore delivery models from inception to production.
  Certification in Agile, Test Management Maturity Models
