Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at the US Courts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in business analysis with specific experience in writing RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and RFP (Request for Proposal). In addition to these specific requirements, the successful applicant should have general business analysis experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements within the context of US Courts operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document their business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Utilize industry best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement within the court system.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and are technically feasible.
Develop RFI, RFQ, and RFP documents as per the required standards of the US Courts system.
Assist in evaluating vendor proposals against defined criteria during procurement processes.
Provide support in project planning, coordination, execution monitoring activities related to court projects as needed by leveraging domain expertise in judiciary systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within court or legal systems is preferred.
Strong understanding of RFI/RFQ/RFP processes specifically tailored towards government contracts or judicial systems.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in utilizing various software tools commonly used by Business Analysts such as Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with specialized tools used within courts is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
