Program Analyst

ECS is seeking a Program Analyst to work in our Stafford, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

ECS is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team supporting the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and data reporting of mission-critical systems within the CODIS program. This position requires daily onsite support at our Stafford, VA, office.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information and metrics with attention to detail and accuracy
• Visualize data and present findings regularly to project leadership and customer stakeholders through the development and generation of metrics reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and graphics
• Support troubleshooting of escalated user issues within the CODIS application and record data in enterprise systems
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and document standard operating procedures, checklists, and data/task trackers

• Active Top-Secret clearance
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with exceptional understanding in the use of advanced Excel functions; proficiency with SQL and related data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, etc.,)
• Three years of experience in a position requiring data and reporting analysis or Bachelors Degree in related discipline
• Ability to communicate in a succinct and organized manner to translate complex data findings into understandable insights and metrics for diverse targeted audiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; demonstrated time and task management
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage discussions with diverse viewpoints
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to self-start
