As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced EHS Solutions Consultant to drive the global sales of Intelex EHS software, with a focus on the construction and adjacent industries.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Client/Prospect Engagement
- Collaborate with account executives and pre-sales consultants to progress and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with their business needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects in the Construction and targeted adjacent verticals.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within the Construction vertical.
- Effectively communicate how our solutions address Construction specific pain points for EHS.
Support Global Sales
- Collaborate with the broader Intelex sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for EHS solutions tailored to the Construction vertical and adjacent target industries.
- Work with sales enablement and marketing to develop and deliver construction specific sales training and play books.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Intelex products and services within the context of Construction specific challenges for EHS.
Demand Generation and Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to execute targeted campaigns.
- Engage in customer calls, prospect calls, and industry events to establish Intelex as a thought leader for safety in construction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and content as required.
Consulting:
- Collaborate with services teams to identify and pursue strategic consulting opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with Intelex services and partner services teams to conduct thorough needs assessments and identify client requirements to implementing a successful safety program.
Product Road Map
- Work closely with product and solution teams to tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of the Construction industry.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction specific EHS requirements.
Stay Informed and Feed Information Back:
- Develop a deep understanding of the target industry verticals, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay informed about products, Intelex competitors, and industry trends.
- Provide valuable feedback to product sales, product development, and marketing teams.
Travel and Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry tradeshows and conferences to support marketing and sales programs.
- Periodically travel to locations within Canada and the United States as required.
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Vice President, Americas, Sales
Skills & Work traits:
- In-depth knowledge of the Construction vertical, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Proven SME and thought leader in EHSQ, adept at building relationships and establishing credibility with prospects and clients.
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer success and services) to ensure alignment with industry-focused strategies.
- Passionate about new customer acquisition and software adoption by existing clients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence change.
- Good public speaking and presentation skills with ability to effectively present information at webinars and other public speaking venues.
- Effective writing skills with ability to create market facing content.
- Tech-savvy with deep industry knowledge in EHS and related fields
- Strategic thinker and process-focused individual
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable for achieving targets.
