Job Summary
- Employed Family Medicine Physician at NRHS' Primary Care West Norman.
- Provides assessment, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for the management of patients as appropriate for Family Medicine credentials; clinic-only practice with on-site patient access to lab, imaging, PT/OT, and emergency services

Qualifications
Education
- MD/DO - board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Experience
- Completion of a Family Medicine fellowship program

Licensure/Certification
- Meet requirements of Norman Regional Medical Staff
- Active OK license and DEA/OBNDD required for privileges
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must have formal NRHS Medical Staff privileges for specialty/area worked
