Job Title: Management Analysts

Location: Air Force Base (TAFB), OK and Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH (On-site)

Clearance: Must be US Citizen w/ the ABILITY to obtain Secret clearance w/ company sponsorship

Inalab Consulting has a contingent opening (based on contract award) for a Senior and Journeyman Management Analyst to manage Air Force Base Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) services contract.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

• Experience working in AF supply chain processes and expertise in project management, calendar management, excel spreadsheets, management of taskings, and workflow distribution using data management and data analysis skills
• Must also have experience working in Information Technology.
• Must have experience supporting organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Experience Requirements:

• The Contractor shall support AFSC as a management analysts and action officer for various project analysis, workflow, briefing charts, suspense's, records management, security inspections, travel and training management and tracking, SharePoint site and Teams Site management, calendar management, and tasking's.
• This includes knowledge of and the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, manage the AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT) system, determine when additional information is required from other organizations and routing that information to other organizations as required, conduct research, identify risk, develop and integrate responses to a wide range of subjects across the AFSC.
• The Contractor shall consolidate these responses to produce packages for higher level review and approval on or before the assigned suspense date under the oversight of a more senior position.
