Job Description: Under direct supervision, provides independent primary care in the office setting for a specified population of non-emergency patients. Provides consultation and advice to others as a highly specialized practitioner. Is proficient in clinical skills pertaining to non-emergency care. Functions as an active member of the interdisciplinary team that provides health care services to patients seeking care at Taylor Regional Urology. Adheres to the policies, procedures, bylaws and credentialing process as set forth by Taylor Regional Hospital.
Education: Valid Kentucky Physician Assistant license or Valid Kentucky Nurse Practitioner.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience preferred directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Full Time position available (varied hours, days, evenings).
