The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with execution and sustaining product experience. This role will oversee several key areas, including driving execution on changes, aligning major groups within the company around an execution plan, and optimizing existing processes. This role is both broad and technical, requiring a willingness to be flexible in a startup environment. You would be responsible for scoping new programs, driving existing programs, and collaborating extensively across the company throughout all groups. Key activities include driving communications and execution on product changes, managing products in sustaining, and assisting in new product introduction. There is tremendous growth opportunity in this role, with a clear trajectory of increasing responsibilities and scope.

The full base pay range for this role is between $113,300 and $188,800. What you'll do
- Organize and maintain cross organizational forums
- Drive both long term and short term product execution projects and initiatives
- Execute on management priorities
- Ensure accuracy and clean information flow through using cloud-based databases
- Help prepare executive communications
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Work across organizations to develop clear indicators and dashboards of product and business health
- Work to improve customer communications through process management of documentation
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of work experience post undergraduate or 3+ years of work experience and an MS degree
- Experience with program management software (Jira experience a plus) or Product Lifecycle Management tools (Oracle Cloud PLM preferred)
- Program management certification ie. Project Management Professional (PmP), Agile scrum master, six sigma green belt, or equivalent is desired
- Experience with waterfall and agile projects
- Experience in technical or manufacturing industry preferred
Education
- Bachelors degree in a technical program (Engineering, sciences, etc)
