BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our great team at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Track all assigned projects' creation, expenditures, and closeout
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly CSR's and coordinate, at a minimum, monthly meetings with each PM to review program financial data
- Complete monthly Account Reconciliations
- Support weekly financial flash updates
- Complete all project accounting self-assessments
- Support Internal Audit & Financial Control Framework Testing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan updates
- Support other ad hoc analysis, projects, or data requests
- Apply CAS and FAR regulations where applicable
- Manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously
- Coordinate program finance process improvement projects
Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years experience or equivalent education/experience
- Experience providing analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Proficient with MS Office/Excel
