Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Identify areas within the business where processes can be improved, streamlined, or automated.
- Lead initiatives to redesign workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and business leaders to manage risks and ensure that project goals align with business objectives.
- Identify and assess new technology trends and solutions that can enhance business operations
- Perform financial impact assessments of business decisions, technology upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create customer-centric pricing models.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology improvements post-implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- SAP Software experience.
- Power BI - basic knowledge.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, pricing strategies, and technology trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Visio).
