We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager who is passionate about building a high-performing team and fostering a positive, results-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent, developing team members, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth. This role will involve leading and scaling a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring each member is equipped for success, and creating an environment where collaboration and excellence thrive. This is a fully in-person position located in our Minneapolis, MN, Austin, TX, or Salt Lake City, UT office.

This is a fully in-person position located in our Minneapolis, MN, Austin, TX, or Salt Lake City, UT office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building & Recruitment:
- Lead efforts to recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for the inside sales team
- Develop and maintain a strong team culture focused on accountability, professional growth, and celebrating wins.
- Build a cohesive, motivated, and engaged team
- Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and support
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set ambitious but achievable sales targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to create a seamless customer acquisition strategy.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to optimize the sales process.
- Leadership & Culture Development:
- Act as a role model for company values
- Create an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas, innovate, and take ownership of their work.
- Encourage a feedback-rich culture
- Recognize and reward top performers
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure the team is providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on team performance.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, helping the team to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other analyses to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the team's performance and adapt strategies as needed.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring the team effectively manages leads through each stage of the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or experience.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in a sales management role.
- Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A passion for building a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Experience in Data Security, Data Protection, Storage, and MSP is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales
