VectorCSP is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee all aspects of a support contract for Naval Test Wing Atlantic operations.

Job Summary:
The NAVAIR Program Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations and provides leadership, performance, management, and delivery on the NTWL support contract within VectorCSP's Department of Defense contract portfolio.
Education and Experience:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred
- No less than 8 years of program-related experience and prior management experience, with an emphasis on demonstrated leadership
- PMP Desired
- Experience supporting business development and contract transition initiatives preferred
- USN NAVAIR and Naval Test Wing Atlantic experience preferred
Essential Duties:
- The Program Manager (PM) has full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of the NTWL contract.
- The PM provides direct supervisory support to fielded VectorCSP team members, as well as input and guidance to NTWL subcontractor personnel, if applicable.
- Acts as overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Manages efforts of cross-echelon teams to include Contractors at multiple locations.
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues, regularly brief senior leadership on program status and milestones.
- Oversee Contractor personnel program or project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program or project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the program or project with respect to contract requirements.
- Oversee other project managers within the NAVAIR portfolio and provide overarching guidance to those adjacent efforts
- Develop awareness of other opportunities at NAVAIR and assist in capture and proposal development for these efforts to grow the overall portfolio
- Network with other partner companies to develop relationships that further the efforts of VectorCSP in conjunction with new opportunities

- Effectively present information to company leadership, teammates, and customer stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise and advice to improve and streamline enterprise business processes
