In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this Colorado position is between $150,000 and $250,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Job purpose
Field Sales Manager
Drive market share and profitable revenue growth of sales team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Drive Market Share and Revenue Growth of sales team
- Coach and Manage Sales Team in Territory Management, Market Participation, Market Share and Revenue Growth
- Hold Sales Reps Accountable for calling on all identified opportunities and market segments in their A.O.R.
- Develop relationships from a management level with key accounts and key conquest accounts.
- Participate in Industry Associations and Key Events
- This is a Field Sales Management Role, not an office position. Expectation is majority of the time is in the field with Sales Team driving revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Management role, preferably within the heavy equipment industry or a related field.
- Proven experience and success in Territory growth and sales success
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Capability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Clean driving record.
