Compensation: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour Jobs That Make a Real Difference About Us Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours. When we help our members to put in the work at our studios, they will experience benefits in their day-to-day. - Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
- They have a consistent schedule with shift options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on their personal preferences.
- We offer a consistent income without the worry of client no shows or last minute cancellations.
- New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.
- This is a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.
Qualifications:
- Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training.
- CPR and AED Certified.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- A big smile and a great attitude.
- Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
- Growth-minded and open to learning.
- Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.
