Clearance:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required at time of application. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination if they have not had a successful CI Poly recorded within the past five years.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Act as a primary point of contact for critical infrastructure and private sector stakeholders
- Develop subject matter expertise within assigned sectors/portfolio
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential threats to critical infrastructure
- Lead and participate in collaborative working groups and other initiatives in support of assigned sectors and portfolio(s)
- Gather, interpret, and evaluate information from all sources, both classified and unclassified, and make recommendations
- Develop products and reports intended for private sector audiences utilizing finished intelligence from multiple sources
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze data to produce reports and tactical products for dissemination to external and internal customers
- Prepare and present oral briefings and written reports on the conclusions and recommendations drawn from data/information
- Attend and coordinate interagency meetings and private sector engagements both virtual and in-person
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 Years of relevant analytic experience or experience working in critical infrastructure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with open-source intelligence
- Experience working in collaborative environments, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience producing written documentation, to include, but not limited to products, procedures, and instruction
- Ability to communicate detailed analysis and recommendation to customers and key stakeholders
- Ability to identify, translate, track, and implement stakeholder requirements
- Willing to be proactive and take initiative
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intelligence Analysis experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience drafting finished intelligence products using ODNI analytic tradecraft standards (ATS) within the past 8 years
- Completion of FBI or other IC element advanced analytic writing and reviewing courses (e.g., Advanced Writing, Reviewing Analytic Products)
- Relevant experience conducting tradecraft reviews of intelligence products and providing feedback (project oriented, TDY, etc.)
- Able to facilitate AIS boards (a virtual call with two IAs to discuss product scores) in a highly professional manner
- Able to coach AIS evaluators (GS-13/14 Intelligence Analysts) on how to score products and draft scoring narratives
- Able to independently and effectively communicate and coordinate with evaluators
- Able to adapt quickly to fluctuating needs of the team, evaluators, and other managers and customers involved in the AIS process
- Able to track work and stay on top of board schedule and program communications
- Able to collaborate and coordinate with team members on a frequent basis to ensure smooth running of program
