Position Overview:

The Director Technical Sales - Solutions Division is responsible for all aspects of the sales process for strategic and project opportunities. This includes but is not limited to lead generation, technical SME representation, opportunity vetting, presentations, proposal oversight and ultimate customer satisfaction attainment. This position has overall ownership of the client experience. The Director Technical Sales will work closely with the Solutions Delivery team to collectively ensure appropriate communication strategies and ultimate customer satisfaction with the entire solutions delivery process

Duties include but are not limited to:
Sales process

o Identify sales leads through prospecting, networking and relationship management tactics

o Assist sales team as needed, as a technical Subject Matter Expert on applicable solutions pursuits

o Provide subject matter expertise during sales process to help with credentialism and ultimately win new pursuits

o Effectively communicate capabilities to senior technical and business prospects within target customer accounts

o Solid communications and presentations skills

o Documentation and proposal generation participation

o Assist in the preparation, execution and administration of client contracts and purchase orders

o Maintain active pipeline of strategic and project opportunities
Customer Experience

o Provide management oversight for active projects to ensure positive customer experience.

o Primary account ownership and point of contact for problem / issue escalation as part of management

o Maintain positive relationship with overall project sponsors

o Participate in communication of project status to all stakeholders

o Provide ongoing updates on regularly established interval with clients, stakeholders and internal leadership

o Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
Solutions Process

o Close collaboration and coordination with Solutions and project teams

o Assist with internal process of managing project delivery team, approach and timing.

o Work with recruiting team on resource planning and timing.

o Coordinate with marketing team for proactive brand recognition and prospect identification
Other Aspects of the role

o Live the Theoris Service Quality Objectives and adhere to the cultural morays as outlined by the firm

o Work collaboratively & seamlessly with other areas of the Theoris organization

o Be an ambassador of the Theoris culture both internally and externally

Required Skills:
A senior individual who has previous technical experience or understanding of custom application development and appropriate platforms and toolsets
Solid technical understanding of Cloud based development solutions
Solid understanding in the data space including data migration and data visibility solutions
Strong Architect or Business Analysis experience and ability to drive qualifications and estimating process
Must have executive level communications experience and clean ability to interact and influence senior leadership
Proven ability of creative sales approaches including working with and managing external vendors and partners
Proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders

Desired Skills:
Previous involvement in sales or with the overall sales process
