Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position is designed for a proactive and results-driven professional; someone who excels in recruiting top talent and contributing to our sales efforts. While you will work closely with the Sales team, you will also recruit additional roles for financial and technical consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition; enabling them to identify, attract and onboard individuals who will drive our company's growth.

Who are you: (Qualifications)

• You have a natural sales aptitude, with at least 5 years of recruitment experience.
• You have a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel
• You have excellent communication skills, and can engage effectively with both candidates and sales team colleagues
• You have well honed direct sourcing (headhunting) skills
• You have a track record of delivering results in terms of identifying and attracting top talent
• You are a strong collaborator, and strategic thinker; someone who can bring new perspectives and ideas to the table
• You are a team player, but work well independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to your work

Work Environment
We are currently 100% remote, but will be moving to an in office environment soon.. Preferences is giving to candidates within (or not too far from) the GTA
