Job Title: HR Project Manager Job Specialty: Project Management in Human Resources Job Duration: 18 Months Shift: 8 Hours Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an office environment License: Not applicable Certifications: Not applicable Must-Have: - Associate's Degree required with experience in HR; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.- High level of personal initiative and a self-starter attitude.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changes.- Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and Healthstream, and SharePoint & websites.- Project planning expertise, including project management software.- Discretion and judgment on confidential employee issues.- Comfortable working with executives and their assistants.- Detail orientation and quality control.- Team player with positive enthusiasm and energy. Job Description: - Provide leadership in project and program management, serving as the project lead/writer/editor on key projects and initiatives.- Develop, design, and execute various projects and programs across the Human Resources department and organization-wide.- Identify and execute other projects that will bring value and efficiency to the teams.- Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.- Attend and participate in planning meetings with leaders and provide project updates.- Understand and review metrics to demonstrate the impact of programs and monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary.- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and calendars for all pertinent programs.- Coordinate administrative aspects of programs, track and report activities to plan milestones.- Track expenditures to budget and process invoices and expense claims.- Create and maintain departmental reports.- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.- Develop and help refine presentations for a wide range of HR deliverables and functions.- Perform related duties as assigned.
