Position Summary:
The Regional Field Marketer is responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives, campaigns, and event strategies tailored to the specific Orlando markets. The primary objectives are to drive retail sales, increase revenue, minimize customer churn, and boost brand awareness by getting closer to our customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site market research to identify regional trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Analyze market data to inform and help support marketing strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), and initiatives.
- Work with the Director of Marketing on CRM consumer insights requests and needs to support and help build out CRM.
- Co-plan, execute, and manage regional marketing campaigns and events.
- Support new wash openings (NWOs), lead the Street Fighter (SF) program by attending local events and generating excitement around NWOs.
- Coordinate the logistics of marketing assets to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
- Implement regional marketing plans, campaigns, and events in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide feedback from field teams and customers to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the Orlando market's regional fleet program and partnership programs.
- Conduct on-site surveys and gather customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, on-site surveys, local SF programming, and customer reviews.
- NWO metric support.
- Ensure brand consistency across all regional marketing materials, including signage, curb appeal, and events.
- Serve as a regional brand ambassador, promoting company values, goals, initiatives and fostering customer relationships.
- Work with operations on being viewed as a resource and asset to build and maintain the business, brand, and our relationships with operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related practical experience
- Proven experience in field or regional marketing roles in retail or hospitality (3+ years preferred)
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spending an average of 3-4 days per week working in the field
- Ability to travel within the region and other regions as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 15 lbs.
- Proficient in entering data using a traditional keyboard.
- Ability to operate a vehicle as needed.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Adequate hearing to understand and respond to verbal instructions.
