Description:
Job Title: Technical Architect
Onsite preferred but open for hybrid
Primary responsibility is to support the PDM GQCS data analytics team in software development. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining data analytics solutions using Plotly, .NET, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Power platforms. The candidate will work within the IQS system, which is used for batch releases of DS (Commercial, Clinical) and DP (Clinical). Additionally, they will implement initiatives to enhance user efficiency in light of the upcoming retirement of the IQS system. The role also involves working on a development project to automate the System Audit Trail Review (SATR) periodic review process by deploying Remote Process Automation Technology (BluePrism).
Responsibilities:
Design and develop analytical and reporting solution for various projects under GQCS portfolio
Engage with GQC, IT architects and system managers to understand current architecture, data flows and downstream integration points to improve data integrity on GQC system integrations
Requirements gathering, configuration, unit testing, validation support, deployment assistance and support of system releases.
Document, respond, and resolve system incidents; Authoring configuration work stream deliverables, including, but not limited to: Design Specifications, User and Functional Requirement Specifications, Reporting Specifications, Work Instructions and User Manuals
Develop reporting, data interfaces, table design, and system auditing and monitoring
Develop continuous integration and deployment process and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ETL jobs using Alteryx or other analytical tools
Develop KPI's and metrics for data management services and forecasting analytics
Develop system architecture documents describing data flows, integration points, data interfaces, table design and instrument interfaces.
Review validation testing results of the updated configuration, custom fields, and processing methods.
Create system configuration and technical support documents covering areas like role-based security, auditing, monitoring, reporting and usage.
Troubleshoot and fix production issues
