JOB SUMMARY
Leads Norwegian Supply Center of Excellence department and drives continuous improvement across procurement organization together with Senior Vice President Supply Chain & Procurement. Liaises with other procurement areas and shares best practices on long-term innovative strategies within Supply Chain; ensure strategies are up-to date and implemented together with process optimization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designs and operationalizes governance for full Supply Chain organization (e.g., processes, KPIs)
- Supports categories assessing risks, defining mitigation actions and ensuring execution.
- Coaches and enforces cross-functional learning and facilitates target setting, define mitigation actions, and ensure execution.
- Guides change management, communication, and corporate development.
- Coordinates process improvement projects and transformations including change management and communications.
- Re-designs and manages the E2E Procurement process including supplier relationship process, drive continuous improvement of processes with input from strategy, negotiation.
- Develops learning curriculum, organizes, and runs trainings for the entire Supply Chain organization.
- Develops insights for should-cost analysis (DtC)
- Ensures compliance with contracting standards, monitors control points, creates contract templates and ensures usage.
- Develops best practices in the contracting process, including standardizing T&Cs, contracts for performance, etc.
- Develops and executes procurement technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT, and prioritizing enhancements as needed.
- Manages teams, goal setting and performance, training and development, achieving objectives through others, addressing poor performance and succession planning.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Procurement and/or Supply Chain
EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years' experience with procurement digital landscape solutions (e.g., Ariba, Scout, Coupa, etc.)
- Extensive experience in procurement management, with a focus on data and/or process management
- Must have a balance of both strategic and operational capabilities, including global sourcing, supplier management, supplier risk management, etc.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with leading Source to Pay tools and solutions.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- Successful track record in setting/leading a procurement CoE
- Strong understanding with managing and communicating large data sets
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational-construction and change-management skills, including listening, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Must be able to communicate with varying levels of management effectively and concisely via both oral and written mediums.
- Strong interpersonal skills including leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the industry, processes and products preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills are a must as well as the ability to quickly isolate potential issues based upon the fact pattern presented.
- Must possess strong leadership skills to motivate and drive the team as well as keep projects on pace.
