The Motorsports Financial Manager will provide leadership and strategic oversight, driving business analysis, planning activities, and managing the financial reporting process for the Motorsports Division. This role will be critical in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, budget planning, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee and manage evolving processes, procedures, and systems for financial accounting and forecasting within the Motorsports Division.
- Supervise and mentor two accounting/finance staff members to ensure support for business goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, particularly during monthly financial close processes.
- Develop and maintain the division's Mid-Term Plan (MTP): Oversee the creation and execution of long-term financial strategies.
- Establish and manage operational and planning budgets, forecasting tools, and processes to align with divisional goals.
- Lead the division's accounting and financial functions, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the timely completion of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Lead the creation and analysis of division budgets.
- Supervise, develop, maintain, reconcile, and audit all planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with the ISD group to develop new systems, leading the training efforts to ensure seamless adoption.
- Play a leadership role in providing accurate and timely information to assist the Motorsports business unit in making decisions, supports all division heads with budgeting and financial activities.
What you'll need to be successful:
- MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of operational experience in business planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
- Significant experience with SAP and Business Objects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with planning and organizational abilities.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
