- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Performance Optimization: Implement actionable plans to maximize property performance and elevate occupancy rates.
- Budget Mastery: Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and make data-driven adjustments for success.
- Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of market trends by actively participating in industry events.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of property management leadership experience in the multifamily sector.
- Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with technical proficiency in property management software.
- RealPage product experience with strong Onesite knowledge.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel to various locations, weekly.
- Lived-In State: Maryland, Ohio or Indiana
