Production Leader

The Production Leader DRIVES PRODUCTION. This position ensures our homes are built on budget, on schedule, & defect free while delivering an excellence customer experience.

Outcomes:

• KPI- Ensures all homes are built start to finish in less than 200 days.
• KPI- Ensures all homes have less than 2% variance from construction budget.
• KPI- Maintain 90%+ customer rating score.
• KPI- QC checklist (1 per week)
• Train Construction Leaders #1
• Recruit and train Trade partners to Brown Haven Standards.
• Keen awareness of labor pricing and how it affects COGS.
• Ensure 100% complete home certifications and orientations.
• Ensure EPO (estimating purchase order) are completed within 3 business days.
• Ensure construction checklist are used 100% of the time
• Conduct site evaluations.
• Ensure warranty items are completed within a 30-day timeframe.
• Inspects job site for safety issues and leads monthly local office safety meetings
• Lead Production Board meetings

Competencies:

• 5+ years of proven experience in residential construction project management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with job tracking, auditing, and quality control processes

Working Conditions:

• Predominantly construction sites where temperature and noise levels vary.
• Travel required between work sites.
• Must be able to walk or climb in a construction environment and lift up to 60 lbs.
• General work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Saturdays by appointment, with additional hours as necessary.

$95,000-$115,000 USD
