Clinical Analyst

SUMMARY: This Applicaiton Analyst position on our Laboratory Informatics team will support laboratory workflows at North Kansas City Hospital and external laboratory interfaces for Meritas Clinics. Requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Health PathNet solutions (Specimen Management, General Lab, Blood Bank Transfusion, Microbiology, and Anatomic Pathology) including design and maintenance. Experience with Charge Services, Clinical Reporting, Medical Device Interfaces, Foreign System Interfaces, Discern Rules, and CCL is helpful. Ability to manage small Change Advisory Board and serve as Change Manager for assigned solutions ensuring change process is followed and documented. MLS(ASCP) certification or equivalent is preferred. On-call duties are shared on a weekly rotating schedule. This position does allow partial remote work after onboarding, with onsite duties for various testing, training, important meetings, and other events as needed.
