We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Professionals to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a talent for building relationships, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service throughout their vehicle buying journey.
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to match customers with the right vehicle.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, benefits, and warranties.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Documentation: Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You must have

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

You would stand out if:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications.
• Associate degree or advanced training certifications.
