About the Senior Property Manager role:

We're seeking a skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee our properties and supports our mission to provide high quality, stable and sustainable housing and supportive services to people in need. The Senior Property Manager is central to ensuring our communities are safe, vibrant, and enjoyable places to live.
What You'll Do:
- Perform property management marketing activities.
- Coordinate move-in/out duties and perform follow-up visits with residents, including housing quality and UPCS inspections.
- Maintain positive and effective relations with staff, management, communities and external organizations.
- Conduct compliance and administrative functions to ensure ongoing compliance with all funding streams, federal/state/local regulations, and lease provisions.
- Work closely with support services staff to engage and assist residents; coordinate with other departments to update and maintain regulatory requirements.
- Direct, coordinate, and review work of assigned staff; supervise and guide staff using practices that develop and retain highly competent and high performing employees.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in real estate, public administration, business, or related field.
- 6 or more years' experience in property management, including experience with HUD programs.
- 4 or more years' experience with laws and regulations that govern public real estate management, including tax credit and project-based properties.
- 3 or more years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Committed to social justice, equity, and community empowerment.
- Or any combination of education and lived experience that demonstrates your ability to perform these responsibilities.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
