Our company has an opportunity available to work in the business litigation practice group in our Boston office. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations.

Qualifications:
- The candidate must have (i) 3-5 years of significant litigation experience.
- Practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm.
- Project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality.
- High level of academic achievement from a law school institution.
