TruckPro LLC seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Cordova, Tennessee.
Job Description: Support sales leadership and other key functional decision makers/influencers to provide in-depth analyses. Develop dashboards that support and influence change as well as provide robust insights/guidance for TruckPro Retail and Wholesale business units. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial report development and manage TruckPro's primary BI Platform (Tableau). Provide vision and execution for continuous improvement for reporting processes to develop dashboards to support and influence change. Responsible for project management duties on Tableau and Commercial Projects, including managing the Tableau backlog. Identify workstream owners and monitor progress. Partner with management to communicate project status and set priorities with other senior leaders. Manage the Tableau online site. Responsible for analyzing site activity, retiring old workbooks and views, control permissions and licenses, reviewing reports and project hierarchy, creating and reviewing standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting issues with the system. Gather requirements and draft dashboards designs with business owners. Develop and maintain dashboards or hand off designs to third part Tableau developers. Create stored procedures, tables, and views to support Tableau and other commercial projects. Optimize Extracts and optimize user stored procedures. May telecommute within a commuting distance of the office location in Cordova, TN and physically report to the office 3 days a week.
Minimum Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study. Position requires three (3) years of experience as a Technology Lead or a related occupation in Information Technology field. Position requires three (3) years of experience in Information Technology, software and application development. Position requires (3) years of experience with the following skills: SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI; and performing complex data modeling using technical platforms, such as SQL Server Management Studio or SQL queries for databases, including Oracle, DB2 or Netezza.
