Dirrector of Clinical Services - New Hospital in 2025!
Southridge Behavioral Hospital will incorporate modern, innovative and evidence-based care focused on individual needs, comfort and safety. Our new, state-of-the-art facility, to be located near the Trinity Health Medical Center in Byron Center, will accommodate up to 96 adult and geriatric beds across four units when it opens in Spring of 2025. We are building our Senior Leadership Team with a target start date in March, 2025 for this key role.

The Director of Clinical Services assesses, supervises, monitors and plans treatment services for patients and their families, or significant others, and provides clinical leadership and coordination of services.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in a mental health discipline with licensure in the state of Michigan
- State of Michigan licensure as LMSW required
- 3+ years experience working with a psychiatric mental health population in an inpatient setting, one + year supervisory experience
- Prefer knowledge of individual and family therapy theory and practice, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
- Knowledge of theory and practice of assessments.
- Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
