The Total Rewards Director will be responsible for designing and implementation of Total Rewards strategy to attract, motivate and retain talent The role requires hands-on and consultative leader reporting to our CHRO, with focus on practical business partnership and evolving our rewards philosophy to align with our operating context as a high-growth organization will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Desing and development of Total Rewards strategy, Pay for Performance and Growth, aligned to our global talent strategy
  • Lead the Executive Compensation practice, SEC compliance and disclosures
  • Preparation of Board materials for the executive compensation, collaborate with the Comp Committee on Executive comp and Equity Program
  • Design and ongoing administration of Equity program
  • On-going benchmark of best-in-class total rewards/compensation & benefits practices and execute the best practices that are sustainable for the company
  • Review and refresh our current job architecture, salary bands, incentive programs
  • Partner with business leaders & the HR team as the subject matter expert on compensation topics (e.g., grading, salary, compa-ratios, job leveling/evaluations, bonus, equity, for high growth companies, and incentives)

  • Accountable to implement the annual merit process by partnering with the key stake holders Work collaboratively with leadership to gain trust and ensure alignment on total rewards philosophy, strategy and design (cash, sales incentives and equity)
  • Collaborate and consult with HR Team Members on offers and promotions, and develop related policies and guidelines
  • Partner with Finance to forecast multi-year financial models including annual merit, promotion, and bonus/equity plans
  • Drive employee communications to inform various reward values across offerings (cash, equity, perks, etc.) to attract, retain, and engage current and future employees.
  • Own all rewards policies, procedures, and processes to support business growth
  • Develop the annual calendar of core activities and lead the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee as well as provide analysis for regulatory submissions (e.g., 10K)
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related federal and state statutory requirements regarding employee pay and benefits; stay up to date on current compensation-related legislation


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience and Required Skills

  • 10 to 15 years of multi-national experience in a US based public company
  • Partnered with the CEO/CFO/CHRO/Board Members are must required for this role
  • Experienced in leading compensation programs and equity plans in transitioning a private company to a public Technology company
  • Experience with incentive and executive compensation programs
  • Experience with executive compensation and exposure to working with a Board, specifically the Compensation Committee, including the preparation of SEC filings
  • A strong relationship builder and a natural collaborator
  • An expert communicator who can build the bridge from a big-picture vision to a tactical plan that our employees understand
  • A deep sense of personal responsibility, strong attention to detail and organization, and enjoy juggling many priorities at the same time
  • The kind of person who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, as this is a leadership position but will still be involved in individual contributor work.
