Project Planning & Integration Lead

The Project Planning & Integration Lead will oversee the planning and integration processes for semiconductor projects globally, focusing on the synchronization of General Contractor (GC) and owner schedules. This role requires advanced Primavera (P6) scheduling experience and a deep understanding of system startup sequences, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating Facility Systems (FSUS) into project schedules, ensuring all necessary system logical ties and predecessor activities are accounted for in cleanroom startup sequences.

Responsibilities:

• Primavera (P6) Scheduling: Lead the development, management, and updating of detailed project schedules, ensuring the accurate sequencing of tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Integration of Schedules: Coordinate and integrate General Contractor (GC) and owner schedules, managing system logical ties and ensuring alignment across all project timelines.
• Global Project Support: Provide scheduling and integration support for semiconductor construction projects worldwide, ensuring consistency and accuracy in project execution.
• Facility Systems Startup (FSUS): Oversee the integration of Facility Systems into the GC schedule, driving the full startup sequence of systems required for cleanroom operations in all new Intel builds.
• MEP Equipment Startup Sequences: Ensure accurate scheduling and logical ties for the startup of MEP systems, with a focus on predecessor tasks such as electrical, telecom, and instrumentation & controls (I&C) systems.
• KPI Development and Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for global project progress, utilizing software systems to report performance and ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with Technology Development (TD) and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless flow of project data, leveraging lessons learned to improve input-output coordination.
• Software Management: Leverage project management tools to support project tracking and reporting needs, with an emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.

Skills Required:

• Primavera (P6) experience and strong scheduling skills.
• Expertise in integrating schedules between the GC and owner, with an emphasis on ensuring logical ties between systems and schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP equipment startup sequences, including electrical, telecom, and instrumentation & controls (I&C) systems.
• Strong integration skills to manage the coordination of Facility Systems and the cleanroom startup sequence.
