Description:
ECS is seeking an Acquisition Analyst/Project Manager to work in our Washington, DC office.
Provide classified acquisition program management services to assist program manager(s) with day-to-day management of new or existing multi-million-dollar naval aviation programs. Develop program acquisition documentation to support the full lifecycle of program contract actions. Provide technical expertise to support R&D requirements definition, development, coordination, execution, and technology transition. Support Joint Service program testing, engineering, execution, and data collection analysis. Periodically travel to support field / range testing or program technical reviews. Must have a current TS/SCI clearance and PR.
Salary Range: $125,000-$155,000

General Description of Benefits
- Must have current TS/SCI clearance and SSBI PR.
- Must be a US citizen per contract.
- BS/BA Engineering/Science/Acquisition/Logistics/Business.
- Three (3) years' experience supporting DOD acquisition. programs or offices.
- Expertise drafting, reviewing, and coordinating SOWs, CDRLs, J&As, MOAs, and other program contractual documents.
- Ability to project, track, and defend program technical funding; manage schedules; assess acquisition risk (both technical and schedule); and identify, coordinate, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Work as part of an Integrated Program Team to coordinate development and deployment of new / modified / enhanced capabilities.
- Work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Prepare (and brief) financial and technical program materials / documents to senior level officials.
- Excellent oral / written skills.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and Projects.
