YOUR ROLE
In this pivotal role, you will act as the main point of support for Key Account Managers, ensuring that tenders are professionally managed from start to finish. You will work closely with pricing teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored and competitive commercial offers that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. This role is critical in helping maintain and grow our share of wallet within global accounts by optimizing tender strategies and ensuring seamless execution and handover processes.

YOUR ROLE
In this pivotal role, you will act as the main point of support for Key Account Managers, ensuring that tenders are professionally managed from start to finish. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the tender management process in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Analyze tender requirements and define strategic approaches.
- Align customer needs with internal pricing teams to ensure full tender compliance.
- Prepare and coordinate tender responses, including value proposition development.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews on tenders (internal and external).
- Facilitate handovers to implementation teams, focusing on commercial tasks.
- Coordinate spot quote requests and submissions with pricing teams.
- Maintain and update rate cards, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare materials and support coordination for business reviews.
- Oversee customer setup and maintenance to ensure data accuracy.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, or Engineering, with 2+ years of experience in these fields, plus 2+ years of project management experience.
- Strong background in Pricing, Tender Management, or Excellence Management, with proven skills in supply chain management and consultative selling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/365, particularly advanced PowerPoint and medium to advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Fluent in English, with fluency in the local language depending on the host country, and a willingness to travel.
