The General Manager must exercise independent judgment and models the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. The General Manager must also ensure that company policies and procedures including safety, security and health requirements are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner. This General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. The General Manager maintains responsibility for the successful and lucrative operation of the hotel. The General Manager must maintain the highest possible standards of the hotel's sanitation and safety conditions for customers and employees according to State and City regulations.

Qualifications:
- High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position
- The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
- The General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the General Manager
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager must have
