Full Time Construction Estimator

We are looking for a full-time Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wide-range of commercial projects bot in renovation and ground up construction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit bids for construction projects
• Manage the estimating process from start to finish
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors
• Manage the budget and schedule for construction projects
• Resolve construction issues and disputes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Commercial and industrial experience
• Proven track record of estimating and winning projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating software
