THE ROLE OF THE INTEGRATION ARCHITECT II IS TO PLAN, COORDINATE, AND DESIGN, ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE DATA INTEGRATION OF SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, APPLICATIONS, AND THIRD-PARTY SOLUTIONS AS REQUIRED TO MEETS THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS OF THE HEALTH SYSTEM. THIS INDIVIDUAL IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING APPLICATION INTEGRATION PATTERNS, OVERSEEING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATION COMPONENTS AND OVERSEEING TESTING OF THE INTEROPERABILITY OF APPLICATION MODULES AND INTERFACES.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BACHELOR DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE/INFORMATION SYSTEMS OR RELATED FIELD REQUIRED.
• FIVE YEARS RELATED IT WORK REQUIRED. ONE YEAR HEALTHCARE REQUIRED.
• Required skills: FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS & ABILITY/WILLINGNESS TO BE ON-CALL AS NEEDED.
• DETAIL ORIENTED WITH STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADVANCED ANALYTICAL SKILLS.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• DEMONSTRATES CRITICAL & INNOVATIVE THINKING.
• POSSESS THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DATA FLOW DESIGN.
• POSSESS EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF SYSTEMS PROGRAMMING AND SCRIPTING.
• POSSESS EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF DATABASE DEVELOPMENT & DATABASE ADMINISTRATION.
• ONE SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRY STANDARD CERTIFICATION OR LICENSE WHICH VALIDATES EXPERTISE IN DATABASES OR PROGRAMMING, I.E. MCSE: DATA PLATFORM, MCSD: WEB APPLICATIONS OR EQUIVALENT.
• ONE ADVANCED INDUSTRY STANDARD CERTIFICATION OR LICENSE WHICH VALIDATES EXPERTISE
• Represent IT in all ERP discussions related to our contracted modules (HR/HCM/Finance/SCM/WFM/Infor Go)
• Help to troubleshoot issues as they arise, and escalate to the internal ERP team and the vendor as needed
• Manage the Async queue and BOD errors with the functional teams
• Work the functional ERP team including Finance, HR/Payroll, Supply Chain and other departments as needed to ensure that processes are in sync and not negatively affecting anything downstream
• Establish and assure that change control processes are followed
• Manage monthly CU's for the multi-tenant environment, provide feedback to functional users
• Manage tenet copies as needed and communicate to the functional users
• Manage Concierge access for employees
• Infor Certified OS Associate program preferred.
• Understanding of Infor Operating service (OS) Cloud edition- Infor OS administration and menus, Workspaces, Document Management, integration, ION connectors and data flows, Workflows, API Gateway, Infor Go, etc.
• All other duties as assigned
