Objective:
Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for professional and senior-level recruiting responsibilities for SSUSA sites located in Gainesville, TX and remote SSUSA sites located in Washington, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. Ensures that the Company's overall recruiting strategy, technology infrastructure and processes are competitive and aiding to attract and retain the best talent in the marketplace.

Authorities:
This position has the authority to make the decision to recruit professional (exempt) and management employees. This position also has the authority to lead, support and guide junior recruiters.

Duties & Responsibilities:
A) Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results -driven action items
B) Discusses long-range professional and technical personnel needs with management to prepare and implement recruitment program.
C) Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires.
D) Own and manage the full professional/management life-cycle of recruiting process for assigned requisitions in a timely manner: post requisitions, source candidates, screen & interview candidates, schedule hiring manager interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure that qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers and coordinate mobility of candidates, extend offers, process reimbursements, and coordinate a variety of other items relative to recruitment scheduling as assigned. Conduct candidate background checks and coordinate pre-employment tests.
E) Negotiate offers and draft offer letters in accordance with policy and procedures.
F) Use passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, Internet searching, participating in and networking with external and internal associations, organizations and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations.
G) Plan, design, coordinate and attend recruitment events to include career days, job fairs and campus recruitment events.
H) Liaise and partner with regional and corporate talent management/acquisition to execute recruitment programs and campaigns as requested.
I) Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Applicant Tracking System and acts as the subject matter expert.
Travel specifictity

Domestic travel as required up to 20% of the time. International travel may be required on a minimal basis.

J) Manage the working relationships with vendors, external business partners and staffing agencies to source external candidates.
K) May develop and propose improvement to policies, programs and procedures to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and employment function.
L) May manage the relocation policy and process and approve all associated relocation related expenses.
M) Proactively collaborates with HR Business Partners, management and legal counsel on various facets of technical immigration matters, such as visa requirements, immigration strategy, file management, updates in immigration law and processes and international mobility.
N) Maintains current knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the human resources field. Researches, prepares and submits periodic reports and presentations as assigned.
O) Maintain the confidential nature of company proprietary and privileged information used or observed in the course of performing job duties
P) Collaborate with other Tier One locations on international mobility.
Q) Measure and manage company recruiting metrics and KPI's to support business unit and Tier One requirements
R) Provide additional HR support as needed throughout organization
S) Performs other related duties as required.
Candidate skills & requirements

Qualification Requirements:

A. Education & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field.

B. Work Experience - Technical knowledge
5 years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong Applicant Tracking System knowledge and skills

C. Professional Skills
Demonstrate excellent business acumen
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills.
Must have the ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position
Must have the ability to design and execute full cycle recruitment campaigns

D. Behavioral Skills
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
