Project Team Lead

Job Summary:

Rooms To Go is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Team Lead to join the RTG Content Team. The Content Team works closely with the Merchandising, Creative, Copy, and Dev Teams to create assets for the eCommerce site that enhance the customer experience.

As the Project Team Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing daily/weekly/monthly content projects, overseeing project tasks and ensuring teams are meeting deadlines, organizing tasks, supervising projects, and making important decisions about how to set up a strategy for the proposed project. You are also responsible for reviewing and analyzing current online marketing performance, studying market trends, and proposing website enhancements based on performance research.

Responsibilities:

• Work very closely with the SEO, UX, Analytics, Copy and Creative teams and possess a strong understanding of each
• Help to track and analyze content effectiveness and value for the organization, evaluating a variety of metrics to determine the impact of content.
• Manage all Content Team projects to ensure it's on track to meet its objectives and coordinate with other teams to ensure the project is executed successfully and on time.
• Develop your own projects and programs based off analytics and findings.
• Develop online marketing reports and presentations with detailed analysis and actionable insights/recommendations based on project requirements and KPIs.
• Manage the content calendar as well as prepare weekly and monthly promotional reporting and sales trends for Content team, E-commerce team and others, as requested.
• Perform other special projects, as needed.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required. Marketing major preferred.
• 5+ years' relevant work experience.
• Experience and skilled in working with project management systems, Wrike preferred.
• Strong analytical and proofing skills.
• Retail and/or eCommerce experience preferred.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Works well with others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines.
• Strong commitment to prioritization of timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks with minimal oversight, but comfortable with ongoing feedback, suggestions, and design challenges.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
