Overview: As a Services Content Strategist, you will guide our customers to greater profits, growth, and freedom through business automation. Success will be measured through increased utilization of Keap Content.

What you'll be doing...
- Design and launch Keap Academy Courses
- Drive utilization of all Keap Academy Content
- Host events live and virtually to promote Keap Academy the utilization of our product
- Leverage collaboration and inspire customers to automate more of their business through the efforts of Keap Service Teams
- Design content with cutting edge automations as the focus to drive customer growth
- Educate our Keapers to best serve all customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders and potential contributions to expand our content library
- Focus on live events to drive traffic to courses, workshops, and services
- Participate in strategy/scoping calls to prescribe appropriate automations that will grow our customer's business
- Using the core value, We Own It, follow up and inspire customers to take action
- Your key metrics will include course completion, leads, and customer satisfaction scores
Who you are:
- You have 3 years of experience of Keap App experience
- You are a strong communicator, and collaborate well with x-functional team members
