Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of progressive performance as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of census development, sound financial performance, and survey compliance.

Desired Traits and Experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience
  • Proven success in operations and compliance with a track record of sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction (resident and family surveys)

Summary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and accrediting organizations
  • Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • An Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
