Overview
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a PMP-certified Delivery Excellence Manager for its Reston, Virginia operational headquarters. This position will report to the Director of Quality. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on program management experience as well as familiarity with CMMI, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) requirements.

Essential Job Duties
- Develop and implement company-wide program management approach based on PMI project management standards and CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) and CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) Maturity Level 3 practices.
- Create baseline documentation templates to support program reporting requirements.
- Create and maintain a Microsoft SharePoint-based repository that contains program management information and resources for use by internal staff.
- Develop and deliver training on program management and quality management best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop, implement, and maintain program management plans, policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
- Support development of program-specific key performance indicators.
- Conduct internal audits of programs/projects to determine compliance with ISO 9001, CMMI-DEV, and CMMI-SVC requirements.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of preventive/corrective actions.
- Support risk management and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in preparation for external ISO 9001 audits.
- Serve as CMMI internal appraisal team member.
Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree and six+ years of program management experience supporting complex government and/or commercial programs
- Active PMP certification
- Two+ years of experience developing and delivering training
- Document management experience (e.g., version control, change management, and tailoring)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to:
- communicate effectively with colleagues and external auditors;
- manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes;
- multi-task in fast-paced work environment;
- work with minimal management direction; and
- meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; U.S. citizenship required.

- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to perform site visits and internal audits
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a member of a corporate Program Management Office and/or Delivery Excellence team
- CMMI V2.0, ISO 9001, and ITIL experience; certifications are a plus
- Ability to create detailed process workflows using Microsoft Visio
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or Robotic Process Automation
