Director Corporate Risk and Insurance DuBois Caldwell

The Corporate Risk & Insurance Director is a professional system wide employee who identifies, assesses, and mitigates risk to patients, staff and visitors as well as administers and maintains all of the Penn Highland's insurance programs, including malpractice. This professional is responsible for analyzing the insurance needs of the system and provide for optimum coverage, cost terms and claims settlements for all Penn Highlands insurance needs. They are accountable for obtaining strategic objectives while ensuring effective risk management for the organization. Responsible for ownership of the process of identification, measuring, and managing insurable risks and developing appropriate and cost effective risk solutions for the PH system

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree in Business; Master's Preferred

Previous Experience in Risk Management with and emphasis in malpractice insurance

Previous Helathcare expereience relative to insurance adn credentialing of providers, throrough discovery and investigative skills.
