Position Highlights:
The primary role of the Mid Revenue Senior Project Splst is to provide support to the Sr Director, Mid Revenue Cycle by completing complex projects to support new initiatives for Mid Revenue Cycle - Health Information Management and Revenue Integrity combined.
This position is responsible for a wide range of duties that facilitate and ensure the successful completion of the Health Information Management and Revenue Integrity Initiatives, providing exceptional leadership and effective management in administration, project oversight, data analysis, solution formulation, relationship-building, and decision-making. The complex projects include but are not limited to systems implementation, processes automation and implementation of innovated solutions. In addition, the Mid Revenue Senior Project Splst is responsible for the training and onboarding of Mid Revenue Project Splst team members

Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing projects with strong deadlines with four (4) years out of the seven (7) years in a healthcare environment.
- *OR) Associates and two (2) years of additional relevant project management experience on top of the seven (7) years required (for a total of 9 years) of project management experience will be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree
- *OR) High School Diploma and four (4) years of additional relevant project management experience on top of the (7) years required (for a total of 11 years) of project management experience will be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree *
Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required:
- Experience analyzing data and pro-actively identifying trends and potential issues
- Must be able to Communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner
- Must be able to formulate solutions to issues and process inefficiencies
- Must demonstrate personal organization and time management skills including multi-tasking ability
- Must be a creative problem-solver
- Must be able to maintain project calendar and manage deliverables, identify and communicate project risks and constrains in a timely manner
