Regional Director of Student Services

Overview: The Regional Director of Student Services ensures that the Student Services staff at the campuses are trained and supported as these staff persons aid students in reaching their career goals by preparing students for their transition into the professional world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review campus placement statistics/analyze placement progress by program
Review, analyze and communicate information regarding accreditation reports and visits
Review and analyze reports submission
New employee training and campus visits
Review and process diploma/degree orders
Participate in conference calls
Participate and help coordinate annual charitable events and work to obtain community investment log information
Help campuses prepare for Grievance Hearings
Update departmental portal site
In conjunction with campus, assist in conducting interviews and help in training new hires
Special projects as needed
Attend campus graduation ceremonies and assist in its preparation
Administer employment verifications forms to employers, third parties, etc.
Review online career center for maintenance
Review and provide feedback on departmental weekly and monthly reports
Represent the institution at committee meetings, chamber meetings etc.
Plan travel to campuses, conduct campus visit reports and communicate findings
Support/train Student Services with Cross Functional Teams and Advisory Board meetings
Audit employer and graduate surveys return rate and outcomes

The Regional Director of Student Services must have a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university but a Master's is preferred. Regional Director must have knowledge and experience in post-secondary accreditation visits and reports. Prior career service and managerial experienced required.

This is a full-time position that does require travel to various Keiser campuses around the state of Florida.
